I decided to create this blog to share my passion for accounting. On the surface, accounting may seem like a boring game of debits and credits. On a deeper level, accounting is an exciting field governing over $70 trillion of stock market wealth worldwide. The stakes are high as companies and political entities constantly try to enrich themselves by changing the accounting rules. I truly hope you see my passion for this field in every post.
I am a student in the final semester of the Master of Accounting program at the College of William and Mary. After graduation, I plan to work for Grant Thornton as an auditor and become a Certified Public Accountant.
